ICC Birmingham

Since its official opening by Her Majesty the Queen in June 1991, the ICC has delivered high quality events of all shapes and sizes welcoming over 300,000 delegates to around 400 events every year.

With its accommodating layout and fluid walkways connecting 10 halls and 10 executive meeting rooms, together with a dedicated registration area and foyers, the ICC offers an inspirational, flexible and well-equipped environment for events. The venue has hosted high profile events including the G8 Summit in 1998 and the NATO Defence Ministers’ Meeting in 2000. It is the only UK venue to have hosted all three of the major Political Party Conferences in the last five years and has welcomed back one of its key events, the British Small Animal Veterinary Association’s annual conference, for an astonishing 28 consecutive years!

Easily accessible from around the UK and abroad, the ICC sits right in the centre of the vibrant, cosmopolitan city of Birmingham and has 7,000 hotel bedrooms, ample parking and a great selection of restaurants and bars to suit everyone all within walking distance.

The ICC has contributed £1.4 billion to the regional economy since 1991.

75% of the ICC’s clients have experienced the venue before.

Over 90% of the UK consumer and business market is within a 4 hour travel time of the ICC.

The ICC is ISO 14001 and 9001 accredited.
